Review: THIS COMPANY INSTALLED AN ADDITIONAL 8 PANELS ON MY ROOF in addition to the 8 panels my house came with. SHORTLY AFTER ONE BLEW OFF due to part failure or improperly being installed (according to their worker that came out just to look at it), damaging my roof in multiple places on a home less than two years old, shattering an existing panel on my other array, then damaging my neighbors roof pretty bad who WAS NOT HAPPY. After calling MULTIPLE TIMES PER WEEK for the past 7 WEEKS, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM MANAGEMENT. Terrible customer service. I never leave reviews unless I have top notch service or really poor service, and unfortunately this has been one of the biggest mismanaged situations in my adult life. So now, here I am wasting my time writing this. Shows that they actually don’t care once they have been paid.

Review: I do not recommend this company. I will share one specific issue that is ongoing. While I hope that they will make this situation right, my patience is waning. Communication with them is not easy and tends to be frustrating.On November 7, 2023 Levion dug a trench under my patio from my garage to the main house to connect the extra panels they installed. They spent two days doing what they needed to in the trench, but they did not fill the trench or lay the pavers.We had to use a makeshift bridge to get to our backyard. Meanwhile the piles of dirt began eroding in the rain, etc. so we knew they would need more dirt in order to reinstall our pavers.After several calls I made contact and a technician came out on December 27, 2023 to fill the trench and lay the pavers. The technician asked about using small pieces of concrete block that were sitting off to the side. I told him, “no those are not pavers, they are from an unrelated project.” The technician used those pieces anyway, and did not lay the pavers according to the pattern of the rest of the patio. He did not add any extra dirt or sand.When I complained to customer service I was told that the technician asserted he did it correctly and that the pavers were sinking due to the mud (it was stilly rainy). Well, they continued to sink as you can see in the first two photos.On January 2nd Customer service expressed that they were doing everything they could to get us “back on track and deliver the service you expect from us.”I specifically asked for them to send someone who had experience laying pavers and that person would need more dirt.We did go on vacation for a week (so keep that in mind) BUT I didn’t hear from them and contacted them on January 15th for an update and complaint about a different issue we discovered (some piping they installed made it impossible for us to closer our circuit breaker box).On January 17, 2023 they scheduled us for today, January 26th. The technician was very nice, but he arrived with no dirt and sand nor any tools to lay the pavers properly, such as a tamper. He seemed to understand the pattern of the pavers (see picture #3), but obviously, he’s a solar guy, not someone who lays pavers.I complained again and Customer Service stated they would inform me when the technician can return with the proper tools. To which I reiterated — send someone who knows how to lay pavers!I am sure eventually this situation will get resolved, but it is a lot of headache that I don’t need.Is my solar working? I don’t know, I don’t understand the online app they sent and there is no tutorial to show me what the heck I’m looking at. After reading other reviews, I am curious if everything on my roof and in the system is what it should be. In other words, I’ve lost confidence in them overall.

Review: In October 2022 we signed to have solar installed. In March 2023 the sales rep called me and said we had to sign again because the contract was now breached and reasonable time to install and turn solar on had elapsed. Now we are in February 2024, the panels are installed however final inspections have not been completed, and the unit has not been turned on. This is the worst company ever! I would not recommend doing business with them ever! Every time I call I get the runaround. They never have any answers. The last appointment scheduled was in November 2023 and they never showed up and didn’t call either. I reported this to the finance company and told them I want to cancel due to unreasonable time having passed and breach of contract. I still haven’t heard back from them. I will now have to consult an attorney to handle this matter for us. The good news is that we haven’t started making payments yet and we will not do so!

Review: This company is the worst. I definitely feel scammed. The salesman made it seem like everything would happen quickly. They quickly installed the panels in February of 2023 and They didn’t get turned on until August 2023. I called them almost everyday to check the status. They acted like they were waiting on the city to proceed to the next step. However, once I called the city myself to see if Levion submitted the plan they said no. Levion kept lying saying the city wasn’t doing their part but in actuality it was them. I finally got them opperating in August of 2023 due to calling multiple times to ensure they did they’re part.In November I found out that they didn’t install a consumption meter. The sytem should come with a consumption meter however they failed to install it. Now I’m calling them daily again so that they can install it sooner than later. It’s January 2024 and I’m still waiting for them to install the consumption meter. I wish I didn’t have to deal with them at all because getting them to work is like pulling teeth. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau as well. The customer service is HORRIBLE.
